IFRED processes your personal data in order to :
- process your contact requests
The legal basis for the processing is legitimate interest (cf. article 6.1.f) of the European Data Protection Regulation).
Data recorded
The following information is collected:
- Last name
- First name
- Email address
Recipients of the data
This information is intended for IFRED and, where applicable, its service providers.
Data retention period
The data will be kept until the end of the congress replays.
Individual rights
You may access your personal data or request that it be deleted. You also have the right to object, the right to rectify and the right to limit the processing of your data (see cnil.fr for more information on your rights).
To exercise these rights or if you have any questions about the processing of your data under this system, you can contact IFRED by e-mail (contact@universites-endoscopie.com), stating your full name and address and enclosing a copy of both sides of your identity card.
If, after contacting us, you feel that your rights with regard to Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties have not been respected or that the access control system does not comply with data protection rules, you may submit a complaint online to the CNIL or by post.
